President and CEO
Jim founded the company in 1998, initially focusing on development of custom IT support programs for large corporate clients. As ETS has evolved into a top ranked Managed Services provider, he continues to oversee company operations and is involved in developing and implementing the core strategies that ensure high quality services to an expanding base of clients. Jim has 35 years of business experience in the IT industry, having worked with large and small corporate clients throughout Arizona. Prior to founding ETS, Jim served in various sales, marketing and executive management positions for several leading IT manufacturers and IT service delivery organizations. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Paula is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, operations and human resource functions companywide. Her previous business experience included technology, healthcare and manufacturing. She has served as Controller for larger multi-faceted organizations that required complex accounting, reporting and customer service deliverables. Paula graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration along with a minor in Accounting from Western International University.
Service Center Manager
Josh is responsible for the management and oversight of our Service Center technical teams including Service Desk technicians, Field Service engineers and Service Operations personnel. In this role, Josh is tasked with developing and optimizing the service delivery processes supporting our Managed Services and Field Engineering solutions. He is focused on ensuring engineer competency, client satisfaction, and general operational efficiencies. Prior to joining ETS, Josh served as Service Desk Manager with a large healthcare organization, building a service desk program from the ground up. Josh is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and he brings 20 years of Information Technology experience to ETS and our valued clients. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and currently completing his Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
Technical Account Manager
Grant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Managed Services programs, including technical performance, service level compliance and total client satisfaction. Grant also serves as a senior advisor for our Managed Services clientele, providing strategic assistance to ensure that each client’s IT strategy is aligned with their overall business objectives. Prior to joining ETS in 2006, Grant served as IT Director for a large national franchising organization. With over 30 years of IT experience, Grant is skilled in network and applications management, project management and he possesses strong customer service and general business skills. Grant graduated with a B.S. Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
