For any client engagement, the overarching goal of our Project Manager or Project Leader is strict adherence to the guidelines set forth in our Project Management (PM) Methodology. Such a disciplined approach helps to ensure a successful project, including timeframe and budget objectives.

We employ our own PM framework, which we call AIM (Assess, Implement and Manage). AIM helps us target the project deliverables, scheduling of tasks, resource allocation, milestones and every necessary element of the PM lifecycle. AIM outlines accountability and responsibility, measures task performance, identifies and mitigates risk, and manages proposed changes to the schedule along with overall costs.
