James Siragusa - President and CEO
Jim founded the company in 1998, initially focusing on development of custom IT support programs for large corporate clients. As ETS has evolved into a robust Managed Services provider, he continues to oversee company operations and is involved in developing and implementing the core strategies that ensure delivery of high quality services to a growing base of clients. Jim has 25 years of business experience in the IT industry, having worked with large and small corporate clients throughout Arizona. Prior to founding ETS, Jim served in various sales, marketing and executive management positions for several leading IT manufacturers and value-added reseller organizations. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.


Renee Mullender, Operations Manager
Renee has over 15 years of Operations management in the IT industry. Since joining ETS in 2001, Renee has been responsible for overseeing all administration, purchasing, accounting and human resource functions companywide. Previous experience included several years as Area Operations Manager for a large technology company. Renee graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree, concentrating in Business Administration and Human Resources.


Grant Gary, Professional Services Manager
Grant is responsible for the technical proficiency and overall service delivery of our Professional Services group. As leader for a team of highly skilled network consultants and engineers, Grant oversees pre-sales consultation, proposal development, project management, vendor relationships and client satisfaction. Prior to joining ETS, Grant served as Operations Manager for an international office equipment distributor as well as IT Director for a national franchising organization. With over 23 years of IT experience, Grant is well-versed in network and applications management, project management and he possesses strong customer service and general business skills. Grant graduated with a B.S. Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.


James Atkinson - Support Services Manager
James is responsible for managing a dedicated team of field service engineers and client support professionals. An ETS veteran since 1999, James has gained diverse experience managing large project teams and large-scale IT support programs. He is accustomed to providing enterprise-class service levels to demanding businesses of any size. In his current role, James is responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction for all clients who rely on ETS service and support programs. He is also responsible for developing and monitoring our service processes and work flow, assisting clients with contract development and customization, maintaining service authorization standards and service level agreement (SLA) compliance. Prior to joining ETS, James was regional manager for a large California company. James attended DeVry Institute of Technology and holds several industry technical certifications.
