James Siragusa - President and CEO
Jim founded the company in 1998, initially focusing on development of custom IT support programs for large corporate clients. As ETS has evolved into a robust Managed Services provider, he continues to oversee company operations and is involved in developing and implementing the core strategies that ensure delivery of high quality services to a growing base of clients. Jim has 25 years of business experience in the IT industry, having worked with large and small corporate clients throughout Arizona. Prior to founding ETS, Jim served in various sales, marketing and executive management positions for several leading IT manufacturers and value-added reseller organizations. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
John Anderson - Director of Technical Services
John is responsible for strategic development and oversight of the company's technical service offerings, including engineering and field service personnel, support programs and service delivery processes. In his role, John is also focused on our key vendor partner relationships, technical competence and compliance standards, and maintaining high client retention levels. As a 25 year industry veteran, John has served as IT Director for a large construction company and various technology management positions with prominent IT service providers. John graduated with a Computer Electronics degree from ITT Technical Institute and holds a number of high level industry certifications.
Renee Mullender - Operations Manager
Renee has over 15 years of Operations management in the IT industry. Since joining ETS in 2001, Renee has been responsible for overseeing all administration, purchasing, accounting and human resource functions companywide. Previous experience included several years as Area Operations Manager for a large technology company. Renee graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree, concentrating in Business Administration and Human Resources.
Grant Gary - Professional Services Manager
Grant is responsible for the technical proficiency and general service delivery of our Professional Services team. Team responsibilities include pre-sales consultation, proposal development, project management, vendor relationships and client satisfaction. Prior to joining ETS, Grant served as Operations Manager for an international office equipment distributor as well as IT Director for a national franchising organization. With over 25 years of IT experience, Grant is well-versed in network and applications management, project management and he possesses strong customer service and general business skills. Grant graduated with a B.S. Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
James Atkinson - Technical Account Manager
James is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Managed Service IT support programs, including technical performance, service level compliance and total client satisfaction. James also services as a senior technical lead for our Support Services team. An ETS veteran since 1999, James has gained diverse experience managing large project teams and large-scale IT support programs. He is accustomed to providing enterprise-class service levels to demanding businesses of any size. Prior to joining ETS, James was regional manager for a large California company. James attended DeVry Institute of Technology and holds several industry technical certifications.
