President and CEO
Jim founded the company in 1998, initially focusing on development of custom IT support programs for large corporate clients. As ETS has evolved into a top ranked Managed Services provider, he continues to oversee company operations and is involved in developing and implementing the core strategies that ensure high quality services to an expanding base of clients. Jim has 35 years of business experience in the IT industry, having worked with large and small corporate clients throughout Arizona. Prior to founding ETS, Jim served in various sales, marketing and executive management positions for several leading IT manufacturers and IT service delivery organizations. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Paula is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, operations and human resource functions companywide. Her previous business experience included technology, healthcare and manufacturing. She has served as Controller for larger multi-faceted organizations that required complex accounting, reporting and customer service deliverables. Paula graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration along with a minor in Accounting from Western International University.
Director of Sales
Jared is responsible for all aspects of sales and business development companywide, with particular emphasis on the continued growth and development of our Managed Services and Cloud Services practices. In this role, Jared is also involved in managing key partner relationships, developing strategic product offerings and ensuring superior customer service to all our valued clients. Spanning a 20-year career in Information Technology, Jared initially rose through the technical ranks to eventually hold leadership positions that included Director of Technology, Director of Service and Director of Sales and Business Development for a large national IT service provider. He has developed a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen and customer service skills. Jared majored in Computer Information Systems at DeVry University.
Director, Service Operations
Mike is responsible for all aspects of IT service operations companywide that encompass Network Engineering, Managed Services and Field Support Engineering. In addition, Mike oversees the growth and development of our rapidly expanding Datacenter and Private Cloud offerings: Backup and Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Colocation Support Services. Over a 20+ year career, Mike has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in IT service delivery, service operations, accounting, sales and customer service. Mike’s career highlights include several years of successful service and operations management with a large and fast-paced Managed IT Services Provider. With his unique blend of process development/oversight, operations management and customer service skills, Mike is a key company asset always working on behalf of our valued clients.
Service Desk Manager
Jon is responsible for the delivery and quality of our service desk offerings related to our Managed Services programs and Support Services field engineers. In this role, Jon focuses on technical competence of our service desk engineers, ITIL-compliant standards, maintenance of service level standards and high client retention levels. As a 20-year industry veteran, Jon has a strong technical background and extensive service desk experience both as an engineer and in management. Prior to ETS, Jon gained Six Sigma experience while being employed by a global engineering firm and his service desk oversight was enhanced during his time at a national Managed Services Provider. Jon is HDI and ITIL certified and also studied Business Administration at Adams State College in Colorado.
Technical Account Manager
Grant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Managed Services programs, including technical performance, service level compliance and total client satisfaction. Grant also serves as a senior advisor for our Managed Services clientele, providing strategic assistance to ensure that each client’s IT strategy is aligned with their overall business objectives. Prior to joining ETS in 2006, Grant served as IT Director for a large national franchising organization. With over 30 years of IT experience, Grant is skilled in network and applications management, project management and he possesses strong customer service and general business skills. Grant graduated with a B.S. Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
